Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and THE FUSE WEB 3 MEDIA FZ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of Olympus Stack, including but not limited to olympus-stack.com and eros.olympus-stack.com, and all related services, applications, and platforms (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Olympus Stack is an AI-powered content generation and distribution platform that provides:

• ◆Content Generation: AI-powered creation of text, images, audio, and video content.
• ◆Social Media Management: Scheduling, publishing, and analytics for multiple social media platforms.
• ◆Content Distribution: Multi-channel publishing and content orchestration.
• ◆Analytics & Insights: Performance tracking and engagement metrics.

Use of Service

By using our Service, you agree to the following:

• ◆You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• ◆You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ◆You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ◆You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• ◆You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you publish through Olympus Stack ("User Content"). However, by using our Service, you:

• ◆Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• ◆Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content.
• ◆Agree to comply with the community standards and terms of service of the social networks you connect to (e.g., Meta's Community Standards, LinkedIn Professional Community Policies, X Rules, Google Community Guidelines).
• ◆Accept sole responsibility for any consequences arising from your User Content.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI systems is subject to the following terms:

• ◆You own the AI-generated content created through your use of the Service, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights in the AI systems.
• ◆You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.
• ◆AI-generated content may require disclosure according to applicable laws and platform policies.
• ◆We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use this Service for:

• ◆Spamming or Automated Harassment: Sending unsolicited messages, engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior, or automated harassment of any kind.
• ◆Distributing Illegal Content: Publishing content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• ◆Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Olympus Stack infrastructure.
• ◆Circumventing Security: Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• ◆Impersonation: Creating accounts that impersonate other individuals or entities.
• ◆Malicious Activities: Uploading malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• ◆Violating Platform Policies: Using the Service in ways that violate the terms of connected social media platforms.

Social Media Platform Compliance

When using our Service to connect to and manage social media accounts, you agree to:

• ◆Comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each connected platform.
• ◆Only connect accounts you own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• ◆Accept responsibility for any actions taken on connected platforms through our Service.
• ◆Acknowledge that social media platforms may change their policies or APIs at any time, which may affect Service functionality.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (excluding User Content), are the exclusive property of THE FUSE WEB 3 MEDIA FZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

Payment Terms

For paid services, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

• ◆Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• ◆All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
• ◆We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• ◆Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• ◆Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled from your account or via support.
• ◆You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Olympus Stack and its services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ◆We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• ◆We are not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms resulting from your content or use of the Service.
• ◆We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• ◆Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• ◆We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE FUSE WEB 3 MEDIA FZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• ◆Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• ◆We may delete your account and all associated data.
• ◆Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
